We provide comprehensive marketing management, including paid advertising, search engine optimization, Google Business Profile optimization, and campaign management. Our focus is delivering measurable ROI and profitable lead generation for our clients.
We offer marketing playbooks, optimization checklists, and video tutorials that enable contractors to implement marketing strategies independently.
Unlike traditional marketing agencies, Fresh Growth operates without long-term contracts. Clients may cancel monthly retainer services at any time with written notice.
Fresh Growth stands behind our commitment to deliver results. Our money-back guarantee applies to monthly retainer services and operates on a month-by-month basis.

Guarantee Conditions:
Clients must provide accurate business information, access credentials, and revenue data necessary for service delivery and performance measurement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their business operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Fresh Growth is not responsible for regulatory compliance of client businesses.
Clients are responsible for all advertising spend on platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid advertising channels. These costs are separate from Fresh Growth service fees.
All marketing strategies, SOPs, checklists, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of Fresh Growth. Clients receive usage rights for their business only.
Clients retain ownership of their business information, logos, images, and content provided to Fresh Growth. By engaging our services, clients grant Fresh Growth permission to use these materials for marketing purposes.
Fresh Growth respects client privacy and maintains confidentiality of business information. We do not share client data with third parties except as necessary for service delivery (e.g., setting up advertising accounts).
We may use anonymized performance data and case studies for marketing purposes, but will not reveal client identities without explicit permission.
While Fresh Growth guarantees ROI performance, marketing results depend on factors including market conditions, competition, business quality, and client cooperation. We cannot guarantee specific lead volumes or conversion rates.
Our services rely on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) that may change policies or availability without notice. Fresh Growth is not liable for platform disruptions beyond our control.
Many contractor businesses experience seasonal fluctuations. Marketing performance may vary based on industry cycles and local market conditions.
Monthly retainer fees are due in advance and will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. Late payments may result in service suspension.
One-time setup fees, if applicable, are due upon service commencement and are non-refundable except under our money-back guarantee terms.
Refunds are provided only under the conditions specified in our Money-Back Guarantee section. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable outside of guarantee terms.
Clients may terminate monthly retainer services at any time with 30 days written notice. Access to proprietary materials and ongoing support ends upon termination.
Fresh Growth reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of terms, or if we determine we cannot achieve guaranteed results for the client’s business.
Upon termination, clients retain access to campaigns and assets we’ve created but lose access to Fresh Growth proprietary strategies and ongoing optimization.
Fresh Growth’s liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.
Clients must maintain proper licensing, insurance, and bonding required for their trade. Fresh Growth marketing services do not constitute business or legal advice.
While we target qualified prospects, Fresh Growth cannot control the quality of individual leads or guarantee conversion rates from leads to paying customers.
Marketing performance may vary in highly competitive contractor markets. Fresh Growth will adjust strategies but cannot guarantee dominance in saturated markets.
Fresh Growth reserves the right to modify these Terms with 30 days notice to active clients. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Jurisdiction where Fresh Growth is incorporated]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
